こんにちはblog yaloo管理人の影武者です。気がつけばパスタやカップ麺などが値上がりしていますね。小麦やトウモロコシなどがここ数年で２倍から３倍に跳ね上がっている事が影響しているようですが、その引き金となった原因は小麦の不作に加えてバイオ燃料の元になるトウモロコシの需要が増えた為だそうです。「不足気味のトウモロコシを補うためその生産を拡大した結果、今度は小麦や大豆などの作付けが大幅に激減し穀物高騰の連鎖が始まった」と今日の朝日新聞朝刊で報じられていました。こうした傾向はしばらくの間続く旨が記してありましたが、原油高騰も懸念されている昨今、先行きが不安ですね。
